About the Event
Let's welcome Summer with a mindful yoga flow that includes restorative poses, and meditation. You will release stored physical, mental and emotional tension.
Summer is a time of celebration, joy, and expression. This is a great time to reconnect with ourselves and community and welcome in this fun time of year. This class is suitable for all levels. All are welcome- men, women, mature children, all abilities. Come as you are!
To bring: your yoga mat, perhaps a towel for under your mat, water bottle, sunscreen or bug spray if desired.
Location: At Deerfield Park in Smithfield, there is a beautifully shaded area to the left of the Veterans Memorial, which is across the street from the basketball courts. You can also put in "Deerfield Park Veterans Memorial" and your gps will take you right there! :) Meet me there!
