This is an 6 week virtual session that can be done from the comfort of your own home. (Slippers, yoga pants, and furry friends are welcome!) We meet every Thursday May 16-June 20th from 6:30-7:30pm. The session also includes a private coaching session before the series begins, and as it concludes.
